The staff assisted with various arrangements, and that was really helpful. I found the massage in the spa to be particularly good, I thought it was excellent!
The temperature of the jacuzzi was not cold enough. I was visiting when it was really hot. The hotel seemed overpriced, especially since the service was not as good as it could have been.

The room had tea and coffee making facilities and i found free bottled water! the hotel gave private access to the sauna and jacuzzi pool downstairs for one hour. This was great.
The noise from the reception area echoed up to the bedroom floors. This was only a slight disturbance.

generous roomexcellent designquiet air conditioning
the room size really surprised me (it was a beautiful room!). its design was excellent. breakfast was great with so many choices. the air conditioning worked quietly and did not disturb me, nice for the best sleep i've had in a long time.
the central atrium created echoing noises from the reception area upstairs, which slightly affected the room's privacy.

The central atrium creates significant noise issues. sounds from the reception echoed noticeably up to our room. also, breakfast was disappointing. Self-service coffee from a machine does not meet expectations for this category of hotel. (i believe fresh brewed coffee is a must!)
