The welcome from Michela was very warm. She was understanding. She explained everything about the hotel and its facilities. The decor was gorgeous. Cleanliness was superb.

The bathroom is quite small for a five-star hotel. The air conditioning is placed poorly. It always felt drafty at night. Our room was pretty dark. I think this was because of the downtown location.
