Really good Stay
large selection outdoor pool secure parking
The breakfast offered a large selection and excellent presentation. Trampolines are available for kids near the hotel. There is also an outdoor pool . The garage parking was convenient and secure.
The room lacked sufficient lighting for comfortable reading at night.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the city center. It offers really good views of the mountains, which I found to be very beautiful. The patio bar provides an amazing experience.

The staff was very well trained and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. There is nightly entertainment that added to the entire hotel experience, it was great. Housekeeping ensured the rooms remain clean.

totally awesome stay!
huge variety lovely decor fantastic view
the breakfast had a huge variety with every socket and adapter imaginable, even from the uk. the outside bar looked pretty and big. hotel decor was lovely specially in public areas. plus the view from the room was fantastic and bed and pillows seemed like clouds.
rooms were pretty small. i complained but didn't handled correctly. my room was dark. and the phone didn't work. apparently you have to use whatsapp to contact them. took almost a day to get a reply!

central location made everything so easy. i could walk to most places with no problem and everything i needed felt really close. it was super convenient for exploring.

I found the breakfast selection to be excellent. It was well-presented and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during evening entertainment. I appreciated the nightly entertainment, as it added much fun. The hotel is located near the city center, it made exploring convenient.
The lighting in the room was a bit dim, it could be improved.

The breakfast buffet offers many choices with delicious options. This includes a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit. The pizza from the patio bar is very good and provides a quick, casual dining option. The upstairs bar includes an extensive drink menu.

The location was acceptable for accessing nearby slopes.
The room I booked (Premium Double Room) had several issues. It lacked basic amenities (like a working phone) and felt quite small considering the price. The staff were not particularly helpful when these issues were raised.

the location proved excellent. it offers nice proximity to the main town, yet maintains a certain distance. the hotel provided a great terrace, a nice spot for sitting out. the pool facilities also stood out.
the gym had some outdated equipment.
