the location provides easy access to rosebank mall (it's very convenient). the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the mall every 30 minutes. the breakfast had great variety and excellent coffee.
the bathroom was a little small with limited space to move.

unique breakfast wheelchair request quiet hotel broken elevator unexplained policy small room
I super enjoyed the breakfast each day. It was not monotonous. There was somethin' unique each morning. Every request I made were met with such enthusiasm. I needed a wheelchair, and an extra chair, like, instantly. I seemed alone on my side of the hotel, so it was quiet and nice!
Out of the two elevators, like, ONE was always out of order. Sometimes, both elevators were outta commission. the hotel gym policy, totally unexplained. Some trainer confronted me, a trainer who rented space in the gym. The rooms were too small, and the bathroom didn't give much leg room at all, its a shame.

convenient location standard equipment tasty breakfast
The hotel's location is convenient with Rosebank Mall within a comfortable walking distance. The gym has standard equipment like dumbbells, various strength machines, a treadmill, and a rowing machine. The breakfast offered great choices, I found it both diverse and tasty. I also used the shuttle service to the mall every hour. It was punctual and convenient.

The staff were kind and quick to respond. They met my requests with ease. The reception staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They provided great directions. BREAKFAST service was perfect, too.

The room felt spacious. I used the iron and ironing board from the closet, AND they were in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable, too. The television offered many DSTV channels.

hourly shuttle modern room egg station gym facilities
The hotel offers a shuttle to the mall every hour, which i found very convenient. breakfast had a fulfilling variety and i especially liked the egg station. i appreciated the clean and modern room. It had everything i needed. the gym facilities were also a plus, with enough equipment for a decent workout.
the check-in process was a bit slow despite a number of staff being at reception, it took longer than i expected

the reception staff were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, assisting with directions and recommendations. the front desk personnel, including micky, nontobenko, and phumlani, offered really good support. khotso from f&b and the breakfast room staff also contributed to a positive experience, and i really appreciate their kindness.

The room had two separate sinks, awesome for more efficient use of space. a rainfall shower was available. It provided a relaxing experience. the wardrobe was spacious and included ample storage. i found the room to be modern and well kept.

the breakfast had a wide variety of options, suiting various dietary needs. zoleka at the egg station made excellent omelettes. the jichana restaurant offered a quality meal. the breakfast also offered fresh fruit and pastries.

The hourly shuttle service to the mall was punctual and efficient. I found the breakfast to be AMAZING!!! The chill area was spacious and comfortable. Connecting rooms.

The gym featured treadmills and stationary bikes. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet included many options, covering various tastes. complimentary shuttle service ran regularly to rosebank mall every 30 minutes. The last pickup was at 10pm.
The price increased when i wanted to extend my stay. I thought the price would be better the longer the stay.
