i appreciated the convenient location. it was easy to reach nearby attractions. breakfast had a good variety of options. the made-to-order omelette station was a plus..
my room lacked a telephone, something i found inconvenient. there also wasn't a proper cupboard. hanging long coats proved difficult. the desk was small. i had little space for anything beyond my laptop.

the staff was very cute and helpful i had some trouble with my aircon the night team made every effort to ensure i was comfortable that is something to mention staff that go above and beyond to help. the tied security was good access to other fun relaxing areas such as the bar and kizumba dance spot was a plus the treatment at the massage spa was also amazing. i found the location very convenient with easy access to clubs restaurants and mandela square
rooms felt small compared to what the pictures showed the room had no ironing board and no cupboard to store clothes there was also no kettle inside the room to boil water despite the provision of cups with tea bags. my clothes even got ironed by housekeeping yet when returned to me one of the sleeves to my t-shirt had the markings of pen on it this was due to housekeeping having written room numbers so that she doesn't forget who's clothes get returned to which room but in that process dirtied my clean t-shirt

the rooms are quiet and include amenities such as soap body wash tea and coffee the coffee machine in the hall is easily accessible the room also featured daily housekeeping services, keeping the space clean. i found my stay really good

the breakfast offered a good start to the day with generous portions.
the room felt quite cramped i had a hard time settling in with my luggage the absence of a proper window was disappointing because it made the space feel enclosed and stuffy i really missed having natural light and fresh air.

the cleanliness of the building was acceptable.
The window shield did not close completely in my room. cold air was constantly coming through the window since there was no headboard. i was also disappointed to be placed on the second floor again. It was like i was being profiled based on previous experiences.
