The room had a scenic view from the top floor. It also had a complimentary bar fridge. I found a separate bathtub with a shower, apart from the toilet. Lighting was ample with natural light during the day.

I noticed slight wear on some furniture.

This hotel offered amazing views. I saw zebras daily. The staff was helpful, and facilities proved great. It did not feel like a city location. It was like a secluded nature reserve. The location is fantastic.

The room was quite far from reception. It made the walk at night difficult.

The hotel has twenty-four-hour transport around the premises. The staff accommodated every request I made. Staff even packed a breakfast pack for a sick traveller. This was much appreciated.

The minibar includes alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and sweets. The junior suite provided very nice mountain views. Electric blankets ensured a warm bed. I slept well.
