The mountain view room did not quite live up to expectations. I had hoped for clearer views from inside the room, but the balcony's setup was restrictive. The double glazing had a permanent misting issue, obstructing the view. The staff were pleasant, yet requests often required multiple attempts to fulfill (for example, getting the correct type of tea).

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It featured a luxurious spread. I liked the location away from the city. The courtesy bus was well run and a GREAT benefit.
I was driven through the garage and staff entrances because my transfer was a van. The rooms were a long trek with awful striped carpet. I had to wait quite a while for a cup of coffee during two of three mornings.
