The staff offered a very helpful service. the hotel is located near amenities. That's a plus. heinz in the botany cafe delivered fantastic customer service.
there was no mat in the bathroom. while showering the water goes out through the door to the main room.

fresh fruit station shuttle service helpful staff loud air conditioning rough bath towels crowded pool area
i was really impressed with the breakfast. the buffet had so many options. i especially loved the fresh fruit station (i made my own smoothies every morning!). the hotel also provided a free shuttle. this made getting around super easy. the staff were always on time and very helpful with suggestions.
the air conditioning in my room was quite loud. it made it difficult to sleep soundly. i also noticed that the bath towels could use an update (they felt a bit rough). finally, the pool area was often crowded, so finding a lounger was sometimes a challenge.

amazing staff quick service smooth stay
I enjoyed the hotel staff. They seemed helpful from reception to the porter. Everyone was on top of their job. The service was quick and efficient. This.
The gym is okay but only has older equipment.

The breakfast buffet had many choices and good coffee always flowed. Breakfast was excellent and included several options. I found the staff kept everything stocked, even during busy hours.

soap dispensers loud music
The breakfast had variety. I especially liked the fresh fruits that were available.
I am disappointed with the bathroom cleaning. The soap dispensers was unclean. I believe it is more hygienic for these items to be disposable. the music played in the corridors were very loud.

the room was especially clean. i found the staff professional. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the prompt communication from the hotel staff when i had questions. i felt safe and cared for .
the elevators experienced slight delays during peak hours.
