the staff i interacted with were friendly, which i appreciated.

The room i was initially given was not ready when i arrived. This delayed my plans. later, after i had settled in, someone was sent to turn down my bed, even though i had asked for this service to be skipped due to my tiredness. i wasn't greeted as an amex customer and didn't receive information about the benefits i was entitled to.

The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The harbor view from my window was amazing. The hotel's location near the waterfront allowed safe walks to nearby restaurants.
