the gym was quite small. i think it suits only four people max, very small for this hotel. paying extra for wellness also felt odd to me.

i appreciated the straight access to the mall. this was very convenient for shopping and dining. the breakfast staff was great. i also liked having lounge access available throughout the day. it was quiet.
the gym seemed small for a hotel of this size. it could get crowded easily if more than a few people wanted to use it at the same time. i think the wellness area should be included in the price.

I enjoyed the large and luxurious room . The king-size bed was comfortable. The spacious bathroom included both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The hotel's central location allowed easy exploration of Bratislava on foot.
There was no complimentary water in my room upon arrival. I requested water via room service, but it did not arrive after 30 minutes. I went to the front desk to explain the situation, but I did not receive an apology. After another 30 minutes, I still had no water.
