amazing stay!

good size pools pool bar attentive staff
the hotel features two very good size pools. both pools had bars next to them for drinks and food. the lady with braces at the smaller pool provided great service, it was AMAZING!!! staff were very attentive.

helpful bellboy clean hotel convenient location cute staff
i spent several days here, and i must say, the staff was cute. jo, the bellboy, was particularly helpful. he was always ready with a smile and assisted with my luggage and also provided useful information about the hotel facilities and local attractions. the hotel's cleanliness was very visible, and the location near local shops and restaurants added to the convenience.

attentive staff excellent service comfortable stay smooth check-in
the restaurant team, including fern, juk, puy, and mint, always ensured good visits with their excellent service. ms. nuch from housekeeping maintained our room impeccably. Her thorough attention to detail added to our comfortable stay. the reception staff provided a smooth check-in. I especially appreciated the early check-in arrangement.
the daily walk to and from the elevator was slightly inconvenient, as it required walking to the opposite wing from my pool-view room.
