the hotel has a lovely pool i enjoyed. it was perfect. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the staff was very friendly to me.
the room cleanness was not the best, specially the closet smelled bad. ants were every where, even inside my glass and cups i noticed. their english also is not very good i think.

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. there was a large variety (it was amazing!). the location was super convenient. Everything was nearby. i also found the staff to be very helpful and kind.
the room i had was a bit noisy, since it faced the street. the air conditioning in the room kept resetting itself. the shower water pressure wasn't great (i would have liked a bit more power).

the pool was lovely and was clean.
I must state i found the room rather disappointing. The furniture seemed worn. the air conditioning emitted a strange odor at times, unpleasant. the bathroom fixtures showed signs of age. There was rust around the taps.

the location was good, its near a lot of restaurants i guess.
waiting for them was like a scene from a really boring movie. and the room, well the shower, had a drain that seemed to enjoy holding onto water. plus, the cleaning crew's daily photo sessions of my room felt a little too invasive for my liking.

My stay on level 15 with a pool view in the King room was PERFECT. The hotel HAS a beautiful pool area, it seemed pretty popular. The location was really good. I could walk to many places and Bangla Road. Breakfast offered lots of variety and the coffee machine REALLY delivered each morning (i am a coffee FANATIC).

The breakfast buffet offered MANY choices, including fresh fruit juices and smoothies, a VERY good way to start the day. The Casablanca Restaurant features AMAZING food and good fresh fruit juices.

My Suite Paradise Wing was clean and well-kept, EVERYTHING felt fresh. The beds were comfy and the balcony offered GREAT views of the pool and the surrounding area. The mini bar was reasonably priced.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay, always ready to assist. The hotel was very accommodating with requests, putting me on floor 21 as requested (GREAT!). I felt valued as a guest.

The location is AMAZING, right in the heart of everything. It's a VERY short walk to Bangla Road, perfect for nightlife. The beach is also a short walk away, very convenient for daytime relaxation.
