The hotel room has an outdoor terrace. It was good. the gym was also good. I appreciated its facilities.
The air conditioning was very loud. when i left the room, the air conditioning turned off. The temperature in the room became very high.

okay stay
spacious room water refill olympic club small bathroom divided pool taped outlets
the room was really spacious!!! the free water refill station was a nice eco-friendly touch. i loved the olympic club gym. it had everything i needed and a really nice pool!!!
the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. one was relaxing and the other was for lap swimming. electrical outlets in the walls were covered with tape.

service hiccups despite location
loud air conditioning butler service
I encountered a couple of issues . the promised butler service wasn't as available as i expected. Messages i sent were apparently lost or ignored. also, the lack of proper soundproofing in the room meant i could hear street noise even on a high floor (i was on the 23rd) and the air conditioning was quite loud. these problems detracted from the experience.

The location allowed very easy access to the MBK Center through a connecting side door. The breakfast buffet offered diverse choices (from Asian to western) and fresh seasonal fruits. The staff members were helpful and spoke fluent english.
The coffee provided in the room was not of high quality considering the hotel class.

Really good stay, a true oasis
comfortable bed ample towels soaking tub
Our suite offered generous proportions with a comfortable bed. The sitting area had large settees for relaxation. The bathroom was bright and included an ample supply of towels. (The soaking tub was a great way to relax after a day of exploring!)
