I encountered a couple of issues . the promised butler service wasn't as available as i expected. Messages i sent were apparently lost or ignored. also, the lack of proper soundproofing in the room meant i could hear street noise even on a high floor (i was on the 23rd) and the air conditioning was quite loud. these problems detracted from the experience.

The location allowed very easy access to the MBK Center through a connecting side door. The breakfast buffet offered diverse choices (from Asian to western) and fresh seasonal fruits. The staff members were helpful and spoke fluent english.

The coffee provided in the room was not of high quality considering the hotel class.

Our suite offered generous proportions with a comfortable bed. The sitting area had large settees for relaxation. The bathroom was bright and included an ample supply of towels. (The soaking tub was a great way to relax after a day of exploring!)
