the staff was helpful and attended to every need. i found the rooms spacious and always cleaned with new towels. the free shuttle made trips easy, but i also used affordable taxis.
i experienced a minor hiccup with the air conditioning. it wasn't working well one night. despite reporting it, the immediate response was slow, though it was resolved the next morning.

the hotel grounds were nice, with plenty of greenery.
the room was not great. the air conditioning had a moldy smell, that affected my breathing. also, the bed sheets had several large stain marks on them.

my room had a distinct musty smell and it seemed to worsen when the air conditioning was on. i reported this issue but it was never really resolved . the breakfast selection was also quite limited i found the variety lacking compared to other hotels i have visited.
