Adequate Stay with Minor Issues
shuttle service decent pool unfriendly staff tv setup
The rooms had a good size (I was staying in Premier Spa Villa). The pool was a decent size, offering a relaxing space to unwind. The free shuttle service to the beach and night market was convenient. Essentials were also within a commutable distance from the resort.
The staff at the breakfast area seemed unfriendly. Each time I entered, I noticed an unwelcoming demeanor. I also found the TV setup in the room inconvenient. It did not automatically connect to their WiFi, and the settings needed adjustments each time I returned to the room.

Basic hotel with a few issues
dirty floors poor breakfast
I found the room cleanliness lacking. The floors looked untouched and generally unclean. The breakfast options proved disappointing with little variety and limited choices. The fruit selection was particularly poor so I skipped it.

helpful staff amazing pool spacious room
The check-in staff was cute and happy to help. I arrived a bit early for check in and was offered pool access while i waited. Palm, tour guide, was very helpful. He showed all attractions and combinations available and i booked two of them. The pool is amazing and the pool access rooms are very spacious and clean. There is a free water dispenser by the main entrance.
