The check-in staff was cute and happy to help. I arrived a bit early for check in and was offered pool access while i waited. Palm, tour guide, was very helpful. He showed all attractions and combinations available and i booked two of them. The pool is amazing and the pool access rooms are very spacious and clean. There is a free water dispenser by the main entrance.
