outdated decor crowded pool

the room decor felt a bit dated, specifically in the bathroom. the front pool was quite crowded.. finding a lounge chair was a challenge as many were reserved early. also, the organized events, like the white night, were not really my preference, and the atmosphere felt a little forced for my taste.

I was impressed with the staff's friendliness and readiness to assist. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the staff remembered my coffee order after my first day. The cleaning team kept my room super clean and they are a credit to the hotel. The hotel arranged birthday decorations at breakfast and flower sculptures on my bed making my stay nice, nice stay, friendly staff, coffee choice

The hotel offers personalized water bottles. This seems unnecessary. It would be better to reduce single-use plastic toiletries.

The breakfast buffet features numerous options and attentive personnel. Beach and pool staff promptly took orders for drinks and snacks. Water and surprise treats were frequently provided during the afternoon. Sunset happy hour offered a perfect end to the day.

Excellent Beachfront Experience

private speedboat king size bed daily water excellent service

My stay included a smooth private speedboat transfer. Staff met us right on the beach. The manager gave us a warm welcome. The garden suite had a king size bed. There was also a sofa and a large bathroom. The terrace overlooked the gardens. Housekeeping kept the rooms super clean. Pool staff brought iced water daily. I appreciated the excellent service.
