The staff was attentive, offering prompt coffee service to the room whenever I asked! A specialized pillow menu added an extra touch of comfort! The breakfast was leisurely, and it included many choices from the buffet and specialty egg dishes. I really appreciated the really good service throughout my stay!

The storage solutions for clothing and luggage were inadequate, especially given the hotel's high price. My bag had to stay on the floor during my time at the hotel.

I was disappointed with the water policy, I was given only one complimentary bottle of water. The room had poor lighting and also a lamp did not function.

the air conditioning really struggled. it was set too high, and i couldn't adjust it much. this made the room uncomfortable during the night. also, storage was a real issue, specifically, clothes storage was inadequate. i had to leave some items in my suitcase because there wasnt enough room.
