The lobby has a vast central atrium with a glass ceiling and rooms overlook it. My room had modern decor and high Hilton standards. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient! The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows, and the shower worked well. I liked the steam proof mirror. The fridge has space on the top shelf for personal cooling.

The WiFi connection dropped frequently. That was a pain!

Check-in was smooth and professional with Aleš! The hotel is large, and I noticed the staff worked hard to maintain a high standard! Breakfast service had great variety, especially the coffee. Another machine on the upper level is needed.

Amy at Cloud 9 bar made the best kumquat gin I've ever tasted!!! The views were fantastic. The atmosphere was very chilled. The executive lounge staff was very kind and helpful. Ishmael, the waiter at the Cafe bar, was very attentive.

The cleaning in the hotel wasn't the best. The carpet looked dirty. I also noticed the dust wasn't wiped away.
