effective air conditioning helpful staff short wine hour dirty sheets

the air conditioning was effective and much appreciated. the staff members were both friendly and helpful which i found particularly cute.

the wine and cheese hour, though a nice gesture, only lasted for half an hour, starting at 4:30 pm. the hotel sheets were not clean upon my arrival during the first night, i had to request a change immediately.

amazing location helpful staff unique design super clean team

the location was amazing. it was right over from attractions but it's tucked into a quiet area, i walked to all points of the city. the staff is helpful at all times! the design is unique and amazing. the atmosphere makes you feel special. everything is super clean, and the team go out of their way to.

The minibar items was charged for items i didn't use but was amended. Still, they tried to charge me more. the swimming pool was cold for a spa, i would expect a warm pool with jets, maybe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the location to be central and close to many restaurants. The spa offered a perfect sauna and swimming pool.
