The hotel has a perfect location. It is a short walk to major attractions and a supermarket is located in the same complex. The staff were friendly! and helpful. The room was furnished nicely. It was comfortable and quiet.

The room temperature was difficult to control. It was too hot! even with the heat turned off.

prime location friendly staff excellent food

I enjoyed the hotel's prime location. It made city trips easy. The gym had adequate equipment for my workouts. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, so I felt welcomed. The food was excellent.

My room felt a bit warm despite turning off the heat!

the hotel is close to major sites. i appreciated the attached mall, it features a billa corso. i found fresh produce and snacks for my adventures. our room was exquisitely appointed and cozy, a detail i loved.

the hotel is grand and beautiful. however, i had some issues starting with our credit card. it was charged twice for a one-week stay for three rooms. i think it is necessary to pay more attention to those details.
