the newly renovated resort featured a monumental lobby. quality food choices were available in several restaurants. THE tagine restaurant provided Moroccan specialties and live music.

Wonderful Experience

smooth check-in friendly staff quick assistance
I had a great experience. Kamal at the front office was very helpful and friendly upon my arrival. Ahmed also. Aziz, the bellman, kindly helped me with my luggage and showed me around with a smile. Salma from Guest Relations checked in with me later. I appreciated this attention to guests.
I had to wait quite a long time for the check in. Nobody knew where they put our passports. Passports were collected up front but nothing was done with them.

I appreciated the politeness of the entire team. The service was wonderful. The team worked 24 hours to keep everything clean. The staff members were professional and always offered assistance with a kind attitude.
