lagoon bliss, a sweet escape
lush gardens multiple pools convenient trip
The hotel features lush gardens that offered a calming vibe. i enjoyed the multiple pools for relaxation. the staff arranged a convenient day trip. I really appreciated that. breakfast included many choices, so i found something that pleased me.

the cottage was quite large with cool built in elements. i noticed an outdoor shower and a whirlpool bathtub included in the room. the beds were super comfy and i slept really well.

The staff was very helpful. They assisted with various needs, i appreciated it. i got good recommendations for restaurants and activities around the area. they were available almost anytime i needed help.

oasis stay
great location three pools free snack
the hotel location is excellent. it is close to the main street but feels like a jungle. there were three pools to choose from (a big plus for me). i liked the afternoon snacks and coffee offered by the hotel.
the room was not very clean when i arrived. housekeeping took five hours to bring us a second set of towels (this was originally missing). the facilities are old and not well maintained.

the breakfast selection was massive with a lot of variety. i liked the fresh fruit selection. there were birds and insects around the food (it was open and covered outdoors).

the hotel has a well-equipped gym with multiple machines. there were three different pools to choose from. the pools are a bit small (especially if the resort is fully booked).

our cottage was spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the outdoor shower was nice. the room includes comfortable beds. (the beds were really comfy!).

Really good Stay, A True Tropical Retreat
kind staff birthday cake
The staff members were kind. I appreciated Aut assisting me with a trip to Dragon Crest Mountain. The reception staff surprised my son with a birthday cake for his birthday. I also liked that the security guards greeted us with smiles.
the bedroom space could have been utilized better. The view from my balcony was only of the building across from me. I wish I had a better view. I think management could improve this minor inconvenience.

The rooms were tidy and cleaned daily if I wanted. Rooms were also very spacious. This resort provides a kettle in each room. The resort provided two complimentary water bottles.
