The hotel features lush gardens that offered a calming vibe. i enjoyed the multiple pools for relaxation. the staff arranged a convenient day trip. I really appreciated that. breakfast included many choices, so i found something that pleased me.

the hotel location is excellent. it is close to the main street but feels like a jungle. there were three pools to choose from (a big plus for me). i liked the afternoon snacks and coffee offered by the hotel.
the room was not very clean when i arrived. housekeeping took five hours to bring us a second set of towels (this was originally missing). the facilities are old and not well maintained.

the breakfast selection was massive with a lot of variety. i liked the fresh fruit selection. there were birds and insects around the food (it was open and covered outdoors).

Really good Stay, A True Tropical Retreat

The staff members were kind. I appreciated Aut assisting me with a trip to Dragon Crest Mountain. The reception staff surprised my son with a birthday cake for his birthday. I also liked that the security guards greeted us with smiles.
the bedroom space could have been utilized better. The view from my balcony was only of the building across from me. I wish I had a better view. I think management could improve this minor inconvenience.
