the breakfast was good, with several options available.
I was initially pleased with the hotel's proximity to attractions (or so i thought). the room lacked proper soundproofing. It was difficult to relax. additionally, the promised welcome gift never arrived, a disappointing oversight.

i really enjoyed the reception team's warm welcome! all staff members were friendly. the spacious rooms are decorated to a high standard, also furnished well. i discovered a thoughtful black facecloth provided for makeup removal!
The shower drain was somewhat clogged. It would fill with water.

The location was acceptable. It was quiet.
I was disappointed. upon check-in, i found a dirty pair of underwear in the armoire. That wasn't good. some liquid was splattered across the armoire, and it had not been cleaned off. the chandelier flickered so much that i had to keep it off.

The hotel location is excellent, near the waterfront area. The staff were nice. the gym access was disappointing. The equipment selection was limited, and several machines were out of order. This made it difficult to maintain my workout routine while traveling (I really needed my cardio sessions).
