lovely rooms available staff excellent food good service
I found rooms lovely and comfortable. Staff was always available. Food at the restaurant tasted excellent. I enjoyed treatments at the spa. The service felt good.
The pool felt dirty, and the jacuzzi was dirty too. This was unexpected.

Underwhelming stay. Expected more
strange smell thin walls
I found the room a bit disappointing. it had a strange smell that never disappeared, even after i used the air conditioning. also, the bed made squeaky noises with every slight movement. the walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from other rooms, which wasn't ideal, really.

the staff helped me reach my room easily. views of table mountain and the area around the hotel were Fine, particularly at sunset. i liked that the rooftop bar existed and that there was an outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi available.

lovely staff mountain view clean room convenient location
the hotel is located near many social amenities. i had a classic room, it was very comfy and tidy. the terrace bar features amazing views of table mountain. the staff were lovely and always attentive to my needs.
I found the walls to be a little thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.
