I loved how clean my room was, and it was so pretty too! the pool looked very inviting and the food was just divine! i was impressed that the staff remembered my kids' orders at the bar. i really hope i can come back sometime. Everything was just so good and thoughtful!
I had to wait almost an hour during check-in, which wasn't the best start to my stay! the reasons for the delay seemed to shift, and i didn't fully understand why it took so long. It was a little frustrating for me.

this was my first visit. the staff showed kindness and professionalism. the breakfast included plenty of hot choices. the pool and jacuzzi area were especially enjoyable. i also dined at the in-house restaurant. it proved a superb experience, complemented by a birthday greeting from the kitchen.

the location is fine. the shuttle service was readily available and punctual. drivers knew the area and shared good recommendations. our one bedroom apartment was modern, clean and well-equipped with updated bathroom and coffee provisions daily.
the tv reception was quite poor and i got a recorded message when i tried to call reception without a call back. there was also no water left in the fridge on our second day.

the suite was a nice size and it had a very comfy bed plus a lovely bathroom. it also featured an outside area overlooking the vineyard and mountains. the views were beautiful.

the tennis court need maintenance, some cracks are visible.
