the gardens displayed many colorful flowers. i appreciated the grounds being expansive. staff members was very helpful. i found the food of highest quality.
the gym had inadequate equipment. it seemed like an afterthought. i think they could improve this area.

the restaurant offers delicious breakfast options daily. the decor in the dining area showcases amazing detail. the restaurant also features amazing decor, with breakfast being particularly enjoyable, a good start to each day of my visit.

the premier suite i stayed in felt spacious. the mini-bar included complimentary items, a much-needed bonus after travel. i liked the victorian style of the suite, because its interior design and architectural details provided a refined atmosphere.

the location offered a quiet setting, very relaxing for the duration. the grounds had nine acres. the hotel provided supreme privacy, because it helped create a tranquil atmosphere, allowing you to unwind from everyday life.

i found the staff very friendly. breakfast service was great. the gardens provided a tranquil space to walk around (i especially enjoyed seeing the camphor trees).
I thought the gym was quite small. it only had one running machine. the airport transfer was expensive. I think it could be priced more competitively.

The gardens are extensive and meticulously maintained. I enjoyed strolling through them. The staff provided attentive service throughout my stay, always ready to assist with requests (i felt pampered).
The minibar selection was quite limited. I wish there were more variety in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

The conservatory restaurant featured a delicious meal. It had a beautiful garden setting. The shuttle service proved very useful to Kirstenbosch! a local shopping center was easily accessible. The grounds had really good gardens.
Some areas of the hotel looked somewhat dated.

the gym felt tired, needing newer equipment. the running machine was occupied for an entire hour.

The gardens around the hotel are kept beautifully giving a tranquil setting.
I found a couple of issues the breakfast buffet was often crowded and some items ran out quickly without prompt replenishment. Also the wifi signal in my room was unreliable making it difficult to conduct work calls.
