amazing stay!

attentive staffdelicious breakfastfriendly service
I totally loved how attentive the staff was, especially clement the concierge. He was always super helpful. our room faced the street and laduree, what a view! the breakfast was delicious and the staff serving it were really friendly (especially the pancakes!).
the lighting system in the room was a bit complicated, it took me a minute to figure out the progressive rheostats.

the hotel has a perfect location! it is close to many main attractions and also within walking distance to most places in the city. the hotel's location is in a prime area with multiple places to eat.

the breakfast selection had a great variety, the baguette and jams were amazing. i also loved the fresh homemade quiche (so tasty!). the hotel bartender, olivier, was super helpful with recommendations.

the hotel has double window rooms, so they are very quiet at night. blackout curtains made sleeping super easy. the turndown service was like a five-star experience. there are dyson air dryers which proves the hotel really cares about the guests.

we were upgraded to a suite, spacious and super comfortable! the beds and pillows were heavenly. le labo shower items were there and these are the best. complimentary macarons were there upon arrival and chocolates before bed.

The hotel provided very silent air conditioning, something i value a lot. the best bed linen and awesome pillows ensured restful nights. the room cleaning happened twice each day. We loved that, but the location was really nice!

unresponsive staffexpensive breakfast
prior to my arrival, i sent emails regarding a rollaway bed, i got no response. upon arrival, i then waited an hour for the night manager himself to set it up (all housekeeping staff had left for the day). breakfast was expensive for what it was. nobody helped me with my bags when i checked out.
