this hotel is seriously unique and beautiful! i seemed like i was wandering through a moroccan palace with all the intricate courtyards. the location is fantastic it made exploring so easy. the staff were so courteous and always ready to help with a smile.
my only tiny issue was i didn't get to try the spa i definitely want to next time.

the hotel has a prime position in the heart of the historic santa cruz neighborhood. it is really close to the catedral and real alcázar. wonderful bar puerta de carne is across the street it offers home-cooked tapas.

the hotel features a piano bar with a live pianist every evening it adds such a nice touch. i noticed that breakfast included excellent options too. it is definitely a great way to start the day.

i especially loved the rooftop pool. it had lounge chairs and a bar. it was a perfect spot to cool off after a day of exploring. the hotel also has its own tunnel adding to its unique character.

i explored many different styles and i found it uniquely amazing. the room was a great size. the bed was super comfy! i loved using the pool to relax by until well past my check out time because i had a late flight.
i could hear every flush of the toilet and run of the tap in the adjoining room's bathroom.

coffee shops and restaurants are conveniently located just outside the front of the hotel. the lively piano bar is a fantastic addition. the rooftop terrace has a pool and spa.

the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. i was able to check in early. they kindly stored my luggage after i checked out so i could stay a little longer.

the hotel has cobbled walkways. it was like its own little world. the room was lovely. the bed was very comfortable and i slept very well.
finding my room was next to impossible. the hotel is a labyrinth of corridors, alleyways, and tunnels.

The hotel decor is beautiful. I appreciated the live pianist in the piano bar each evening. The staff assisted with car park arrangements. Luggage handling upon room changes was very efficient.

The hotel has multiple garden courtyards. I found them good! i appreciated the interesting antiques displayed throughout the hotel. the rooftop pool offered a welcome escape. The bar service was attentive. i took advantage of the shaded areas near the pool.
My room was a bit dark. Natural light was limited.

the location is unbeatable and is very close to many sites.
I booked a superior room, but the toilet was so small a larger person might get stuck between the walls. the bed seemed like sleeping on planks. I felt stiff and sore after two nights. staff stated all beds in the hotel were the same. I find this unacceptable.
