The pools were AMAZING. I especially appreciated the green policy with the water fountains. I brought a water bottle and saved a lot of money. The staff provided options to swap dinner for lunch if you chose to go out. They gave us a very friendly welcome with cava on arrival.
The hotel lacked nearby shops to buy snacks and lunch. IT WAS a minor inconvenience.

The room was kept clean and tidy. A WALK-IN shower replaced the bath. It matched my expectations for this standard of hotel, a very enjoyable experience.

the staff were quite helpful. the room was spacious with seating and toiletries. there were refill stations with still and sparkling water available free.
the children's entertainment was mainly in spanish. the evening entertainment was very loud. sunbeds got reserved very early in the morning with barely anyone actually sat on them until late morning.

The hotel provide lot of activities. The staffs are friendly. I bought a refillable water bottle. Refill stations for still and sparkling water exist, which I appreciate. I also used the Bolt app for taxis.
Few sockets was available in the room for charging phones.

The breakfast offered many choices. I took full advantage of the option to swap dinner for lunch. The Friday night barbecue seemed worth my while. The green policy with water fountains was helpful.

Our superior sea view room was great. I appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness. The room had sufficient seating. I liked hotel provide many toiletries and that the housekeeping put a mattress pad on it when I asked for one.

The hotel is not in the town center. I can take a taxi into town. A promenade walk is available near hotel. Several beach bars are available. Bus service also is an option nearby.
