The staff was friendly and efficient. They quickly addressed any needs. the hotel was stylish with thoughtful seating areas. my bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great balcony. the dining area offered quality food and top-class presentation.
the tv had limited english channels, and none of them worked properly. this was disappointing, as access to news and entertainment was restricted.

The reception area is bright. It offers great views of the pool and the sea. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient upon check-in. Breakfast provided everything one could imagine. Freshly cooked omelettes and fried eggs were available.
The body wash dispenser in the shower didn't work properly. It may have had an airlock.

The foyer has a beautiful view. Free water and ice are available near the bedrooms. Fluffy beach towels and the option to have sheets changed daily are totally sensible.
I noticed the pool seemed smaller than it was in photos.

The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach and a nice stroll to Puerto Banus. There is a supermarket 200m away for anything a guest may need during the visit.
