wonderful stay

helpful staffgreat locationslippery area
i found the staff quite helpful. the hotel's location near corfu town was convenient. the restaurants had good food. our visit to the spa was especially relaxing. i appreciated the effort put into the massage, it left me feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy our vacation more!
The pool areas were slippery. I witnessed a couple of accidents. i hope the hotel addresses this soon to prevent further injuries. this issue affected my overall enjoyment of the facilities. i want to see some changes during the next stay.

lovely roomsdaily replenishment
the rooms are lovely drinks in the room fridge were replenished every day a nespresso coffee machine was also in the room i found pods replenished daily a large bottle of water for the machine and kettle was supplied throughout my stay. food was delicious i found plenty of choice for all roast dinner was almost daily available
the beach area was not well maintained i noticed ruts in the gravel and no sand it was dirty

I really wanted to love this hotel, but some things let me down. The bar service was often slow. It took a long time to get drinks, and there sometimes seemed to be not enough staff working. I found that bottled water was not freely available in the evening. I thought this was a bit strange for a hotel of this supposed standard. I expected better, and it did affect my overall experience a bit.

The sunbeds situation cause me a disappointment. people reserved them early, from 6 am. there was no control. Some sunbeds stayed unused for hours. also, i found that one of the pools, was filled with salt water not fresh, like was advertised, and i find it misleading.
