excellent service and beautiful hotel

really good hospitality delicious food direct access
the staff demonstrated warmth and hospitality, a detail i found particularly excellent. the restaurant offered fresh and delicious food, with a great variety at breakfast. The dining experience was excellent. the pool area provided direct access to the beach, a feature that enhanced my relaxation.
the limited à la carte options were a slight drawback, though the available choices were satisfying.

The hotel has exclusive access to a very clean beach. It is also peaceful. the surrounding gardens are well kept. This enhances the serene atmosphere. the distance from dabolim airport is accessible via a drive through cansaulim.

the room provided included a comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. the superior garden view rooms provide amazing experiences. room cleaning requests were handled efficiently by jordan and omkar, a detail that was very helpful. the rooms are equipped with functional air conditioning.

Lovelita, the team relations manager, gave constant support . Her attention. goma, minty, amar, bhupal, and sini were particularly attentive. They ensured my comfort. the staff overall are caring and courteous. They are always eager to help.

The swimming pool includes its own bar called 'aquarius bar', a unique feature. there is a fitness studio. It has modern equipment! the pool and beach access are advantageous for relaxation. the ambiance is relaxed and cute. It is earthy and goan.

The food caters to both local tastes and international preferences. palms restaurant provides fantastic service. The staff is cooperative and loving. sunanjit, soumyajit, and amarjit took care of food requests. This ensured satisfaction. the italian restaurant offers tasty meals.

noisy wedding loud music
The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options. The fitness center featured modern equipment.
Workers outside my window were grinding tiles. The hotel seemed focused on wedding events. Loud music continued late into the night.

acceptable stay overall

attentive staff available snacks small space average dinner
the staff at the executive lounge bar were excellent. stephan, flavian, and the team definitely enhanced my stay. the readily available drinks and snacks.
The bathroom was clean. the space was very small. i also noticed that the lunch and dinner options were average, though breakfast was considerably better.
