the driver met us at the airport and took us to the beautiful car he offered water to make the transfer comfortable on arrival we received moroccan treats and a local drink after registering i was taken to my beautiful room and private terrace breakfast included an excellent fruit platter and excellent hot dishes.
the hotel is in a central location near the medina it makes all attractions accessible by walk.

The rooftop restaurant offered very good food and service. The vegetarian tagine tasted great.
The check-in process presented problems. I received conflicting information about the check-in time, either 12:00 or 15:00.. Upon arriving at 15:00, my room wasn't ready and I had to wait over an hour with no apology. the hotel initially refused to honor the included massage per adult, requiring escalation to the duty manager to resolve the issue.
