A Decent Hotel Stay
good variety breakfast dishes well-equipped gym beachfront location empty minibar long check-in forgotten coffee
The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of dishes. I found the breakfast team to be very cheerful. The gym was well-equipped. I could easily maintain my workout routine. The location on the beachfront was convenient for accessing nearby amenities.
The minibar was empty upon arrival. The check-in process took about one hour. I think that this could be faster.

The breakfast choices were very good. The pool area is beautiful. Sea access is adjacent to the hotel, I found it perfect for surfing..
The food and drinks service was dreadful. I complained several times. It eventually came one hour and fifteen minutes later..

loud noise faulty lift
I stayed on the 3rd floor. the lift to the pool wasn't working. the noise from their beach club was quite loud in the room. It was disruptive! some staff were kind, but at times i felt judged if you're not visibly 'high-tier'.

great location easy access comfortable sun loungers unhelpful staff industrial site no refund
i loved the location! it was easy to get to nearby restaurants and bars. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! there was a fantastic choice and the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool area had lots of very comfortable sun loungers and seating areas.
i was given a room with a view of an industrial site instead of the one i booked. it took a day and a half to get moved to the correct room, and no refund was offered.

acceptable stay, certain issues present
nonfunctional air conditioning ineffective resolution
the breakfast had a lot of different options available daily.
the air conditioning was not functional . the lobby, hallways and my room became uncomfortably hot. the hotel did not effectively resolve the problem which impacted my sleep.
