The staff helped me arrange a fantastic desert tour! I was so excited, the Suite was also very spacious with a great seating area. It really added to the enjoyment of my vacation.
The minibar in my Suite was not restocked daily.

the rooms needed heating upon arrival it took considerable time for them to warm up the breakfast quantity was very limited i expected more than two people sharing one banana it did not meet quality standards i expect there were issues with the service i expect more consistency in the service provided to all guests

good jobspabig mislead
the staffs attitude i found acceptable, they did a good job to assist me with basic requests.
the so called spa was not a spa. i got mislead and now i am upset about it. there was not much to do there.

The staff was very attentive . The rooftop offered cool hidden spaces. I could sit and relax while enjoying the views. The heat was definitely more bearable there.
I found the breakfast mediocre. It lacked variety. The public areas felt cold because the weather was unseasonably cold. I noticed no effort to heat the breakfast room.

really good riad experience
airport transfersprivate rooftopnoise level
the riad arranged airport transfers in their car for €16 each way this made arrival and departure easy. the room was a suite it was brighter with many windows. it also had a private rooftop terrace with chairs and sun loungers i enjoyed the space.
i could hear everything from the patio next to our room it made sleeping difficult after other guests started checking out early. breakfast was wanting i expected more variety for the price paid.

the riad is centrally located major attractions including gardens are easily accessible by foot. a taxi rank is a short walk away making travel to further destinations simple i found this very convenient.

the suite i stayed in was spacious it also had many windows providing ample natural light. the private rooftop terrace included comfortable chairs and sun loungers this made relaxing in private very simple.

the staff were very attentive i noticed they ensured each corner of the riad smelled lovely. airport pick-up and drop-off was arranged by the riad and it was a comfortable experience. i felt very welcome here.

breakfast was served in a stylish room situated between two courtyards this created a beautiful atmosphere. there was plenty of bread pastries and local cheese i ate very well each morning.
