great hotel, slight ac issue

the breakfast buffet included many options and it was delicious. the gym has adequate equipment and a real fitness club feel. i found the personnel friendly and helpful. free water was available in the room, that was a nice touch.
my room air conditioner was quite noisy. the noise made getting a decent sleep more challenging. the sound was of a fan mechanism.

the staff i encountered were very friendly and accommodating to requests. receptionists answered questions and helped with requests i made. front desk staff was particularly friendly.

a stay with mixed feelings
shower drainbroken holder
i booked a king guest room, but the bathroom wasn't great. the shower drain seemed blocked because water was pooling up after only a few minutes. also, i discovered the toilet roll holder was broken and really awkward and i only found there was very little space to sit. it all felt a bit inconvenient.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The room showed signs of wear with stained carpeting throughout. This detracted from the overall impression. furthermore, the shower temperature fluctuated without control. this happened often, disrupting my morning routine.
