Really good Stay!

The hotel's Art Deco architecture is beautiful. I noted minimalist concrete, dark wood walls, light marble floors, and elegant copper accents throughout. The rooftop restaurant and bar provided a decent gastronomic experience. The Acqua di Parma toiletries were a luxurious touch, I really enjoyed using them.
The room had no USB plugs and the plug sockets were flimsy, I found it quite inconvenient

I found the breakfasts amazing. Everything was fresh. The location is good. It has convenient access to the city. I liked the comfortable bedding. The interior design solutions are nice.
The towel hooks in the bathroom are not very functional. They do not hold the towels well.

i needed a comfortable place for a few nights. the junior suite i got featured large rooms and very comfortable bedding. i also appreciated the modern interior and really good spa area with nice saunas and a pool.
i found the customer service lacking in some ways. the staff seemed uninterested when i reported issues. the reception did not act like the issues were important.

mixed feelings about my stay
hallway noisefew outlets
i found a few issues that bothered me. there was a lot of noise from the hallway. i could hear people talking and trolleys rolling. some design choices seemed impractical. the lighting in the bathroom was not good. there were also not enough outlets near the bed, its so disappointing.
