friendly staff excellent room breakfast buffet small room poor soundproofing limited space
the check-in staff was friendly. the room was excellent with a great selection of food and drinks. the breakfast buffet was also excellent!!!
the rooms are small. there is not enough space for clothes if you stay for more than a day or two. the soundproofing is poor in the sauna and relaxation zone.

breakfast buffet comfy beds rude staff broken tablet
The breakfast buffet was awesome, it had lots of veggies! I could order fresh food from the menu too, like avocado toast. The beds was really comfy and the hotel had a nice style.
The staff wasn't so friendly when I checked in. She seemed annoyed. The tablet in the room never turned off at night, I had to flip it upside down, it was very annoying.

the hotel boasts super clean cleanliness and hypoallergenic bedding. wooden flooring is used in the rooms instead of carpets, a very nice feature. i found breakfast to be beautifully served and the staff was very nice. every detail seemed well thought-through.
The tablet in the room would not turn off at night. I had to put it face down to sleep.

mixed feelings about my stay
slow service limited equipment
The room service was quite slow. It took nearly an hour to get a simple salad, and it wasn't even busy. also, the minibar was practically empty. just a couple of overpriced sodas and some water. i found the lack of options a bit disappointing? the gym was also smaller than i expected, with limited equipment and not enough space to move around freely.

i found the hotel's gym well-equipped with new gear . the location is central and practical. i appreciated the friendly check-in alongside helpful bar and restaurant staff .
i noticed that the hotel rooms were a bit small , which became challenging when staying for more than a couple of days due to limited space for clothing.
