The staff's friendliness was excellent. The service was really good from beginning to end. the location is also excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the background music in the hotel created a nice atmosphere.

The hotel charged 8 euros to bring water to the rooftop pool. I found that quite cheeky.

The staff exhibited excellent friendliness. i found the service really good. i greatly appreciated the whatsapp concierge. Every request i made was handled within minutes (restaurant bookings were so easy!) private car transfers were also arranged quickly.

The breakfast selection could include more variety. I noticed limited options, with only one type of bread offered.

I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff! the welcome gift for our anniversary felt personal. the rooftop lacked a bar, but ordering drinks via whatsapp worked well. i visited the spa before my departure. It was clean and well-kept.

the room i booked had dark atmosphere! creaky floorboards and corridor noise disrupted sleep . also, i found the 8 euro charge for water at the rooftop pool a bit cheeky.
