i found the staff amazing, they seemed like family. the beds were very good, i slept so well. having a parking garage was great, it made everything easier. theo's restaurant is fantastic and the breakfast quality is great, there's plenty of choice for everyone.
i noticed there werent a coffee machine and iron in room. this isnt ideal for everyone especially on short trips.

the valet service is very good. front of house staff are attentive and promptly arrange taxis. check-in was friendly and quick. the room offered generous space and cleanliness was high. (i really liked the european styling)
the tv lacked sender information, complicating channel selection.

The staff was very kind. I borrowed bikes and I could easily come around in the city. The spa was enjoyable. The room had top quality.

My conference was nearby, and the hotel's location was very convenient. The valet service was efficient, and the staff were attentive and cute. The rooms featured European styling, ample space, and high levels of cleanliness. I particularly enjoyed how well maintained all the facilities were.
The hotel had reserved the full amount on my credit card, even after I paid directly. It took over two weeks of calls and emails for them to delete the reserved amount. This required additional time and effort on my part.

I ordered the vegetable soup at the spa, and it was good. The hotel offers diverse restaurants on site, preventing the need to leave the hotel. Breakfast service was comprehensive with many choices of dishes, it was delicious, fresh and appealing.

My room was large and very comfortable. The hotel provided a very generously proportioned room, it was also always kept tidy and clean. The room was beautifully decorated, well kept, and included a minibar.

The hotel is near central areas with lots of things to do. I found the surroundings beautiful and excellent for both the opera and shopping. There are several points of attraction in the city within walking distance from the hotel.

the staff had an attentive front of house presence they took care of taxis well and welcomed me warmly to the premises check-in staff were friendly the cleanliness standard was high i found a generously proportioned room styled in a european fashion.
