the staff were very friendly and helpful . my room had a coffee machine and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel provided convenient parking and easy access to a concert hall. i found the spa to be great for relaxation after a long day.

I found some issues . the room service was not up to par. My hamburger was below average. furthermore, the cleaning staff neglected to replace the coffee and left dirty glasses in the room. the partially broken curtains were also not fully operational.
