Central Location, Great Staff

The location is excellent. Close to many restaurants. The tram and Marmaray lines are a short walk. You can easily reach many historic sites on foot. All staff were nice and helpful. I appreciated the great breakfast (the cheeses were a real treat!). I also had a free massage and used the sauna. The room included a teapot with a variety of tea selections and coffee. There were also slippers, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, and ear sticks. This was quite amazing for a hotel in such a touristic location. The staff helped me with every need. Savas even escorted me to my transfer that was stuck in traffic!

The bathroom was a little old. Some of the towels were a bit worn. The soundproofing could have been better, as I could hear some noise from other guests and cars.

The breakfast offered varied options. There was fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The coffee machine provided a quick caffeine fix. A chef cooked eggs to order.
