great location helpful staff broken air conditioning expensive room
the location was amazing! it was easy to walk to hagia sophia and topkapi palace. the room size was good and the staff were helpful. necmettin and kerim did amazing service.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly in the rooms.

excellent location helpful assistance small room lumpy pillows
The location was excellent, near the tram. The staff provided assistance with tourist information.
The initial room given to me was quite small, something i found very inconvenient. I had to change rooms and this took time. The duvet cover seemed like polyester, a material I dislike, and the pillows were lumpy (i expect better pillows).

street noise impractical layout
The hotel location was acceptable as it was near the main attractions.
My room faced the street, and the noise was unbearable. I couldn't sleep well. the bathroom layout was not practical. The sink was outside the toilet room, and it reminded me of I was washing in the middle of the room. We also had an incident.

the hotel provides an excellent breakfast including many options. i found a great variety of breads, cheeses, and fruits. it also had scrambled eggs, coffee, and juices. the rooftop restaurant offers nice views.

Really good Hotel Experience!
warm welcome airport transfers
The staff were genuinely amazing! They provided a warm welcome and assisted with airport transfers. The reception staff was friendly and helped me surprise my girlfriend with flowers and breakfast. I also enjoyed a very nice view from the balcony.
I found the initial room terribly small for a long stay. I requested a different room. The duvet cover was polyester.

Breakfast choices were excellent with wonderful staff and a great variety of fresh options. There is a restaurant on the rooftop with fine views. You can enjoy good food. The food was AMAZING!!!
