The initial room given to me was quite small, something i found very inconvenient. I had to change rooms and this took time. The duvet cover reminded me of polyester, a material I dislike, and the pillows were lumpy (i expect better pillows).

My room faced the street, and the noise was unbearable. I couldn't sleep well. the bathroom layout was not practical. The sink was outside the toilet room, and it seemed like I was washing in the middle of the room. We also had an incident.

The staff were genuinely amazing! They provided a warm welcome and assisted with airport transfers. The reception staff was friendly and helped me surprise my girlfriend with flowers and breakfast. I also enjoyed a very nice view from the balcony.

I found the initial room terribly small for a long stay. I requested a different room. The duvet cover was polyester.
