fantastic stay with amazing views
excellent breakfast clean amenities
i really enjoyed the excellent breakfast on the 11th floor. the views were great and started my day off perfectly. the rooms were also very comfortable and clean , which i appreciated after a long day of exploring.

i am very thankful for the efficient service i received upon arrival . pinar showed great attention to detail , and she ensured all my needs were promptly addressed.
the gym had a small selection of equipment.

central location varied food run-down area confusing transfer
the location was great (very central!). i could easily walk to many attractions. the breakfast area on the 11th floor had a great view. the food was varied.
The area around the hotel felt a little run down. the taxi transfer process was confusing. it saves hassle and money.

Acceptable stay with concerning shower issue
shower issue flooding issue
The location was acceptable and allowed easy access to the Galata area.
the shower leaked across the entire bathroom floor and into the hallway. Staff claimed no other rooms were available, yet a similar room magically was when I mentioned my employment. the same flooding issue occurred in the second room.

excellent stay near galata
clean room daily towels relaxing sauna
the staff were very friendly. they provided clean towels and cleaned the room daily. i found bottled water provided each day a great convenience. the spa services were a real treat. i especially enjoyed the finnish sauna (it was very relaxing).
The gym is quite small. It could use some expansion.

location is alright. a few issues
busy street limited variety
The room itself was okay. i think, but it faced a busy street and another building. so, the view i expected wasn't there. also, the lobby staff seemed eager to overcharge me. They sold me an istanbul card for way more than it was worth. finally, the breakfast variety was limited.
