My husband and I celebrated my birthday here. I deeply appreciated the staff's very kind service. They upgraded our room in celebration, such a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped, with all the comforts we desired.

The breakfast area felt a little small. I believe the mirrors created an impression of more space than there actually was.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. the rooms were beautiful and so comfortable for our family. romiano at breakfast made sure we were happy with everything and made a special treat for the boys.

The air conditioning did not work for the three days we stayed in the hotel. we contacted the reception about the problem, but no one came to fix it. We stayed three days without working air conditioning! whenever we spoke to the reception, they would say the technician will come tomorrow, but no one came.

air conditioning didn't work through the days i stayed. i did contact the reception, but no one came to fix it. the receptions reply was what do you want me to do and i guess so.
