The rooms insulation was insufficient. i hear children screaming in the adjacent room. housekeeping only came in the late afternoon. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned.

The location was very convenient to major attractions! I appreciated the modern design throughout the hotel. The staff was helpful when I needed directions. I enjoyed the cake available in the lobby during tea time.

This hotel has really good location. I appreciated being near the Arc de Triomphewith easy access to attractions. Our lovely Premium Double Room was clean and well-kept. Staff were very helpful arranging champagne and rose petals in our room. It made our 10th anniversary lovely!
The air conditioning was not optimal . It was difficult to regulate the room temperature consistently. This caused some discomfort , especially at night.
