the location was certainly convenient, with access to various attractions. however, the room size was a problem. i booked a beautiful room, but it felt smaller than expected. there was also a noticeable lack of soundproofing. i could hear noise from the corridor, a constant problem.

The bed and pillows provided really good comfort! The Penhaligon's Halfeti shampoo, body wash, and conditioner added a touch of luxury. I found the location amazing, and being close to attractions made sightseeing easy. The 24/7 front desk ensured assistance was always available.
