fantastic stay
super clean conditionprivate spabar fridge
the staffs kindness impressed me very much. aris, the night concierge, helped me a lot and had my clothes cleaned after i got caught in rain. the hotel also keeps a super clean clean condition, and i think the private spa is great for evenings.
the hotel didn't provide a bar fridge in my room and no iron was available. i find these features pretty standard and their absence disappointing.

the hotel location is perfect, especially since it is minutes away from the metro station. this makes it easy to get around and explore various parts of the city, very convenient.

the breakfast offers enough choices to start the day right with quality ingredients. the food tastes good and the presentation is lovely. it certainly met all my needs.

the room has a nice design that really maximizes the available space for me. the windows were also soundproof, so noise from the street didn't bother me once the windows were shut.

the staff goes above and beyond to help with anything guests need. they are attentive and patient, especially when i tried to practice my french language. i appreciate their assistance a lot.
