i found the staff welcomed me with big smiles and provided recommendations. the breakfast buffet offered wonderful service and the rooms were very clean. i particularly enjoyed using the swimming pool after my tours.
I noticed the spa wasn't working perfectly. It was a bit too warm to fully enjoy.

the hotel was clean and the location was excellent.
The beautiful double room i booked was not as expected. It reminded me of a setup to pay more for a lower category room. the breakfast lacked coffee and baguettes and the restaurant staff seemed disrespectful.
