The location was great. VERY close to the metro AND the arc de triomphe. The staff were helpful during check-in. The hotel offers room service, a nice convenience late at night.

The insulation was not great so I heard street noise. The shampoo was not replaced automatically. I had to ask. the shower door was hard to open after closing because of steam.

location was great, it was really close to the arc de triomphe. the staff was friendly to guests. i got upgraded to a beautiful classic double, it was very spacious for this city. i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

the insulation in the walls was not good, i heard street noise and other bedrooms. i think the walls need better soundproofing.
